Privacy Policy
AEXIUM LABS takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are — in compliance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
DATA COLLECTED. When you use our forms (waitlist, information requests, applications, partnerships), we collect: your name, your email, and depending on the form, your company, your role, your location, your skills, or your message. We also collect minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) for site security.
USE. Your data is used solely to: process your request, contact you back if you asked us to, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and improve our services. We NEVER sell your data. We do not share it with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
RETENTION. Your data is kept as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then deleted or anonymized. Unanswered requests are deleted after a maximum of 3 years.
YOUR RIGHTS. You have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, withdraw your consent at any time, request its deletion, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights are not being respected.

SECURITY. Your data is hosted securely, with encrypted communications (HTTPS), strict access control, and regular backups. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to process your request.
