Commercial Communications
When you give us your email, here is exactly what to expect — in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
CONSENT. We only send you commercial communications (newsletter, product announcements, invitations) if you gave your explicit consent, for example by checking the newsletter box in one of our forms. No pre-checked boxes, no disguised consent.
IDENTIFICATION. Every commercial email clearly identifies the sender: AEXIUM LABS, with our contact details. You always know who is talking to you and why.
UNSUBSCRIBE. Every commercial email contains a simple one-click unsubscribe link. Your unsubscribe is processed within a maximum of 10 business days, free of charge and with no justification required.
TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS. Newsletter (news and launches), program invitations (testers, partners), follow-ups on your requests (if you contacted us). No aggressive prospecting, no unsolicited bulk sending.
YOUR CASL RIGHTS. You may withdraw your consent at any time, ask what information we hold about you in this context, and file a complaint with the CRTC if you believe the law is not being respected.
