Ethics

AEXIUM’s AI is built to serve its users — not to profile them, manipulate them, or resell their attention. Our principles: explicit consent, limited data purpose, and refusal of predatory uses.

Every feature goes through an ethics review before launch: who benefits, who could be harmed, and how we limit abuse. When in doubt, we hold back — then we talk about it openly.

Security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted per your choice — 100% local on your machines, or hybrid if you decide — and never resold or exploited behind your back. Access follows least-privilege.

Regular audits, fast patches, responsible disclosure: if you find a vulnerability, we want to know — and we fix it before talking about it publicly.

NDA

Working on something sensitive? Our mutual non-disclosure agreement protects your information as well as ours, before the very first technical demo.

Simple process: ask through the invitation form mentioning "NDA", we’ll send the document within 48 business hours, e-signature accepted.

Privacy Policy

AEXIUM LABS takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are — in compliance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.

DATA COLLECTED. When you use our forms (waitlist, information requests, applications, partnerships), we collect: your name, your email, and depending on the form, your company, your role, your location, your skills, or your message. We also collect minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) for site security.

USE. Your data is used solely to: process your request, contact you back if you asked us to, send you the newsletter if you subscribed, and improve our services. We NEVER sell your data. We do not share it with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

RETENTION. Your data is kept as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then deleted or anonymized. Unanswered requests are deleted after a maximum of 3 years.

YOUR RIGHTS. You have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, withdraw your consent at any time, request its deletion, and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if you believe your rights are not being respected.

CONTACT. AEXIUM LABS' personal information officer can be reached at: confidentialite@aexium.org. We commit to responding to any request within 30 days.

SECURITY. Your data is hosted securely, with encrypted communications (HTTPS), strict access control, and regular backups. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to process your request.

Commercial Communications

When you give us your email, here is exactly what to expect — in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

CONSENT. We only send you commercial communications (newsletter, product announcements, invitations) if you gave your explicit consent, for example by checking the newsletter box in one of our forms. No pre-checked boxes, no disguised consent.

IDENTIFICATION. Every commercial email clearly identifies the sender: AEXIUM LABS, with our contact details. You always know who is talking to you and why.

UNSUBSCRIBE. Every commercial email contains a simple one-click unsubscribe link. Your unsubscribe is processed within a maximum of 10 business days, free of charge and with no justification required.

TYPES OF COMMUNICATIONS. Newsletter (news and launches), program invitations (testers, partners), follow-ups on your requests (if you contacted us). No aggressive prospecting, no unsolicited bulk sending.

YOUR CASL RIGHTS. You may withdraw your consent at any time, ask what information we hold about you in this context, and file a complaint with the CRTC if you believe the law is not being respected.
